Not to bad. I enjoyed it but not sure I would make it again, I just feel that there is better pasta dishes then this. Very easy though and if you need something fast and have the ingredients in the cupard then go for it.

I made this tonight for dinner and both my boyfriend and I though it was wonderful. I did add 4 cloves of garlic and doubled the capers based on some of the other reviews. I also added about 3/4 C onion with the chicken because I was using a Ragu Light jarred sauce and wanted more flavor and didn't have time to make my own sauce. It ended up being wonderful and I will definitely make again.

This was a delicios meal...great for weeknight. I doubled the olives and capers (love, love, love these), which meant I used no salt on chicken. It has great flavor and the fresh basil is imperative.

I made this recipe (doubled it) for my family using the sauce recommended. I added a lot of fresh basil which I think is needed for the look and taste of the dish. It was fabulous - whole family liked it - even members who won't ordinarily eat olives. I served it with roasted asparagus.

Can definitely get salty, so be careful with your pasta sause selection. I cooked the chicken without salt and it was perfect. Great meal that tastes like it was more difficult to make than it was...and all in less than 30 minutes.

This was a flavorful dish, which was even better reheated the next day. I did follow another reviewers suggestion by sauteing fresh garlic and red peppers in olive oil prior to adding chicken to the pan. I think that I might try adding a little anchovy paste when I make it next b/c I like the slightly salty/fishy taste of the paste in puttanesca. However, this dish was great without it, and I will certainly be adding it to my list of easy and delicious meals and plan to make it regularly.

This recipe was perfect, I did double the sauce and the olives and capers, as we like a lot of sauce. This was quick, and easy, the flavors were perfect. I thought perhaps this would be to salty because of the olives and capers, but no this was a effortless, delicious, quick meal.

although this isn't really special occasion fare, it is: 1) delicious!! 2) super easy and 3) truly quick. In other words, definitely 5 stars for a weeknight meal. Like a few others, I added a couple of extras - a can of artichokes hearts, an additional TBS of capers, and I sprinkled the chicken with oregano while browning. It was fabulous - great flavor. We forgot the cheese and didn't even miss it!

Yum!! This was super simple, tasty and FILLING. Dear God that serving size seemed gigantic! Served it with iced tea, Texas Toast garlic bread and a big green salad. Extreme comfort food, I highly reccomend adding garlic if the sauce you bought doesn't contain any. Big success, the whole fam devoured it. In a pinch, will definitely make again!

Try this: Use 4 roma tomatoes, diced; white onion chunks; red bell pepper chunks with the chicken & artichokes, capers, olives & garlic. For the sauce, use a white wine reduction of: 1 c. white wine stiring in 1/2 pkg. of Knorr's dry Pesto sauce (or 1/2 c. chpd basil). You may add some chicken broth for some of the wine, if desired. This is less of a Puttanesca sauce but rather a wine/broth flavor for a lighter dish. Good!

Outstanding! Super easy and awesome flavor. Used more sauce, more capers, and more olives...you don't have to follow this recipe to a 'T'. My two year old even liked it! We're adding this to our regular dinner rotation.

This recipe is so quick and easy with very few ingredients, but so packed full of flavor. It quickly earned a spot in our busy family's dinner rotation. I definitely have plans to serve this dish while entertaining as well.

Outstanding! This dish was very quick and yummy! I made a few changes, added garlic when browning the chicken and used the whole jar of sauce. I used a very good quality sauce made by a local italian specialty store. The chicken was tender and the sauce just right!

I thought this recipe was delicious. It is beautiful too if the fresh basil and shaved parmesan are used as garnish. One caution: the 1/4 tsp of red pepper was a little too much for my children and husband. They found the dish a little fiery, so next time I will try 1/8 tsp. Enjoy!

This was okay. Very quick and filling. However, it didn't quite taste like the Puttanesca I remember. It was a little too sweet and the taste of jarred tomato sauce was too apparent. Not that this taste wasn't anticipated, given the ingredients, I just think next time I'll make simple spaghetti with tomato sauce and be just as satisfied. I followed the directions in the recipe exactly, except I added some garlic in the beginning, after browning the chicken.
